Jørgen Festervoll

CEO

Jørgen has more than 20 years’ of experience in the power sector, working with everything from power production and power-intensive industries to the power grid. He also has broad experience in sales from e.g., the Swedish SaaS company Wide Narrow.

For the past two years, Jørgen worked at the listed investment company Saga Pure, where he gained in-depth knowledge of the capital markets.

Jørgen holds a M.Sc in Business Administration (Siviløkonom) from NHH Norwegian School of Economics.

Jan Frode Andersen

CFO

Close to 20 years experience within the finance and investment sector. 

Spending more than 10 years in various leading positions in the Ferncliff Group, Jan Frode has built extensive competency within finance, operations and management.  Most recently, Jan Frode served as the CFO of the listed company HYON. 

BSc in International Business from Eller College of Management – University of Arizona, Executive MBA from BI.

14 years of experience from R&D and Management in Schlumberger Ltd.

Extensive experience in research, development, and production of various instrumentation systems. International experience from expatriate position in South East Asia.

MSc in Mechanical Engineering from NTNU and UC Berkeley.

 

Ann Charlotte Valheim

Ann Charlotte Valheim

Head of Operations

12 years of experience from field operations and sustaining in Schlumberger Ltd.

Broad experience in both executing and managing operations including HSE, service quality, maintenance, logistics and resource planning. International experience from wireline operations in Continental Europe and North Africa.

MSc in Mechanical Engineering from NTNU and Project Management from BI.

 

Iver Endresen

Head of Sales

Former owner and CEO of IT company acquired by global leader in broadcast and sports technology. 

20 years experience from operational management of the entire business value chain from R&D and budgeting to sales, marketing and customer support.

MSc Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU. 

Nan Li

Nan Li

Head of QHSE & Sustainability

10+ years of experience in QHSE, supply chain and contract manufacturing from Magseis Fairfield and Schlumberger.

Solid experience in Corporate Quality Management System, product quality assurance, contract manufacturing management and after-sales support for various products and systems. ISO 9001 certified auditor and have extensive national and international auditing experience.

MSc in Manufacturing Management from Linköping University.

Co-Founded Sensero AS – a smart grid software company – while attending university at NTNU. Sensero was later acquired by Heimdall Power in 2019. 

Entrepreneurial thinker with experience from start-ups and commercializing technologies from highly recognized and respected research institutions like CERN.

BSc Renewable Energy from NMBU & UC San Diego. MSc Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU.

Einar von Ubisch

Einar von Ubisch

Head of Production

20 years of experience from Upstream Operations in high tech companies such as Huddly, TANDBERG and Cisco.

Einar has extensive experience in a broad range of areas and industries such as; Industrialization, Supply Chain Management, Supplier Sourcing, Project Management, Planning & Manufacturing.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Bergen University College (UIB)

Engaging with our Vendor Partners and Suppliers

We expect our vendor partners to maintain the highest standards of business ethics, integrity and respect for human rights and to become familiar with and comply with our policies as outlined in our Partner Guide. We also expect vendor partners to operate their businesses in compliance with all applicable laws and to maintain lawful environmental, health and safety practices that meet or exceed all applicable laws and standards, as outlined in our Position on Human Trafficking and Slavery.

Heimdall Code of Conduct

The Supplier is to hold and maintain at all times the Heimdall Code of Conduct addressing human rights, worker rights, the environment and corruption.

The Supplier must acknowledge HP’s Code of Conduct in all new contractual arrangements. The Supplier must do this by signing the HP Compliance Letter (exhibit).

The Supplier is obligated to communicate the contents of Compliance Letter (Exhibit) to related entities and subcontractors who support the Supplier in supplying goods, works or services on behalf of HP. This will ensure that subcontractors conduct their business in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

If requested by HP, the Supplier must provide evidence and confirmation of its compliance with the Compliance Letter (Exhibit), including by providing documents and records in support of its compliance.
